Immunization Update!
When Do Children and Teens Need Vaccinations?
¿Cuándo deben vacunarse los niños y los adolescentes?
The chart of immunization requirements for school year 2010-2011
includes the new vaccination schedule in boldface type at the end of each grade level.
Note that Grades 2-5 have no new requirements.
The Johnson County Health Department is providing free vaccinations if your student will be in Grades 6-12.
Parents will need to call the Johnson County Health Department for an appointment.
